What we look for in a home
A comfortable place to unpack, cook, and settle into everyday life.
The whole home
The place is for the guest and whoever travels with them, for the length of their stay.
A private kitchen and bathroom
Not shared with you, your family, or another guest.
Your own way in
Reaching the door does not mean crossing someone's private living space. Shared building entrances, lobbies and stairs are fine.
An equipped kitchen
Sink, refrigerator, stovetop, space to prepare food, and the basic pots, plates and cutlery to cook and eat.
Furnished and ready
Furniture, bed linen and towels, so someone can arrive with a suitcase and start living.
A studio or separate bedrooms
Studios and homes with one or more bedrooms are welcome. Separate bedrooms must be enclosed rooms.

What it costs
The Vivenar host fee is 5% of the booking, plus IVA where it applies.
Payment processing is charged separately, so the total deducted from a booking is more than 5%. How much more depends on how the guest pays.

How long do guests stay?
Guests can stay from one week to three months.
Who writes the listing?
You create the listing. We can review your photos and description with you before you publish.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. Guests ask for specific dates and you decide on each request.
Can I keep dates for myself?
Yes. You manage the calendar and can block any dates you want to keep.
What if my home is not furnished yet?
Write to us anyway and tell us where you are with it. A home needs furniture, linen, towels and a working kitchen before guests can stay.
