How Vivenar works

Request-to-book for furnished stays of one week to three months in Mexico City. Guests and hosts each have a clear path.

For guests

    Find a stay

    Browse search or open a listing link. Review photos, house rules, and availability for your dates.

  2. 2

    Choose dates and review details

    Pick check-in and check-out within the listing's stay limits. Review the price estimate before you request.

  3. 3

    Send a request

    Submit a booking request with your dates and guest count. You can message the host in the context of that request. This is not instant booking.

  4. 4

    Host reviews

    The host accepts or declines. You are not charged while the request is pending.

  5. 5

    Pay and confirm

    If the host accepts, you pay through Stripe. You may pay a deposit or the full amount depending on how soon check-in is. Exact amounts and due dates appear in your request before you pay.

    Create a listing

    Add your furnished space in Mexico City with photos, pricing, and house rules.

    Complete required setup

    Finish your profile, verify your phone, and meet the listing checklist before you publish.

  3. 3

    Connect Stripe

    Connect your Stripe account so you can receive payouts when guests pay.

  4. 4

    Keep your calendar updated

    Block dates manually or connect an external calendar via iCal to reduce double-booking risk.

  5. 5

    Review requests and get paid

    Review each booking request and accept or decline. When a guest pays through Stripe, the stay is confirmed.
